Location: Leading Bank, Nanakramguda, Serilingampally, Hyderabad - 32

Employment Type: Full Time

Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in production deployment, debugging, and system operations.

Work Shift: Rotational shifts to ensure 24x7 production system support

Job Objective

To efficiently manage production deployments, minimize system downtime through proactive debugging and issue resolution, and ensure smooth coordination between development, QA, and operations teams for robust production management.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and validate production deployments with minimal to zero downtime.
  • Monitor, analyze, and debug errors across production systems involving Linux, Apache, MySQL, and PHP technologies.
  • Implement industry best practices for log analysis, error tracing, and swift issue resolution.
  • Collaborate closely with development teams for root cause analysis and provision of quick fixes.
  • Coordinate with QA and operations teams to ensure deployment readiness and smooth transition to production.
  • Maintain and optimize server performance to guarantee 24/7 availability and reliability.
  • Prepare, update, and maintain detailed deployment checklists, rollback plans, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Act as a communication bridge across teams to promote efficient and timely resolution of production issues.
  • Proactively identify bottlenecks in system stability, scalability, and performance, and work towards continuous improvement.

  • Linux: Server administration, shell scripting, system monitoring
  • Apache: Web server configuration, tuning, troubleshooting
  • MySQL: Database optimization, query debugging, replication handling
  • PHP: Application debugging and performance optimization
  • Version Control & CI/CD Tools: Git, Jenkins (or equivalent)
  • Monitoring Tools: Nagios, Grafana (or equivalent)
  • Collaboration Tools: Jira, GitHub, Confluence, Slack/Teams
