Role Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Admin – Attendance & Payroll Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate employee attendance records and managing the end-to-end payroll process to ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update employee attendance records daily, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Manage and track leaves, absences, late arrivals, and other attendance-related data.
- Generate regular attendance reports for management review.
- Calculate employee working hours, overtime, and leave balances in accordance with company policies.
- Prepare monthly payroll, ensuring correct calculation of salaries, deductions, bonuses, and statutory compliances (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.).
- Coordinate with the finance department for timely salary disbursement.
- Handle employee queries related to attendance, leave, and payroll matters.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and statutory regulations related to attendance and payroll.
- Maintain employee records and documentation in a systematic and confidential manner.
- Assist in preparing HR reports and maintaining digital and physical employee records.
- Support other HR functions as required.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HR/payroll.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
