Position Overview:

We are looking for a Data Storyteller - a curious, insight-driven analyst who can dig deep into data, uncover patterns, and communicate them through powerful visualizations and narratives that inspire action. You will turn raw data into meaningful stories that drive strategic decisions across marketing, merchandising, and operations.

You will thrive in this role if you love exploring data with minimal direction, can connect numbers to business realities, and enjoy building visually engaging dashboards that make complex ideas simple.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Analyze large and complex datasets to identify key trends, insights and opportunities that influence business decisions.
  • Build and maintain impactful dashboards and reports using Looker, Tableau or Power BI.
  • Translate business questions into analytical solutions and communicate results in a clear, actionable way.
  • Partner with business teams (e.g., Marketing, Merchandising, Data Science) to understand objectives and develop insights that drive performance.
  • Create compelling data stories - combining analytics, design and business acumen to explain the "why" behind the numbers.
  • Develop advanced SQL queries for data exploration, validation and ad-hoc analysis.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of key business KPIs and continuously improve how they are visualized and interpreted.
Basic Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics, BI or a related field.

  • Strong SQL skills - able to write complex queries efficiently across large datasets.

  • Expertise in data visualization tools: Looker, Tableau or Power BI.

  • Excellent storytelling and communication skills - able to distill complexity into clarity.
  • Demonstrated business acumen, preferably in retail, e-commerce or consumer analytics.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
  • Strong understanding of metrics, KPIs and data validation best practices.
