The person will perform warehouse operations such as loading/unloading trucks, stacking bags, handling product, palletizing, etc. under moderate supervision. Document all completed work and recording inventory data, utilizing scanners/computers as necessary. Interact regularly with peers and management to pursue continuous improvement of warehouse operations and promote teamwork. Operate forklifts and hand carts. Understand and adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
What we are looking for:
Qualifications (Education/Training, Experience and Certifications)
- High School degree preferred.
- 3 years applicable experience required.
- Requires good supervisory and communication skills.
Knowledge skills & abilities (Those necessary to perform the job competently)
- Familiarity with personal computers and material handling equipment is essential.
- Strong decision making and coaching skills.
- Ability to drive results.

Major Duties & Responsibilities (List in order of importance)
- Helps establish work schedules.
- Ensures that the schedules are correctly implemented and that jobs are completed properly.
- Applies sound communication and motivational techniques in leading, supervising, coaching and disciplining associates.
- Supervises checking and unloading of inbound shipments, orderly stacking of product and picking and staging of outbound shipments in accordance with high level of productivity.
- Verifies required inbound/outbound paperwork with drivers, ensuring that all products are properly counted.
- Ensures inbound and outbound shipments are complete and free of damage.
- Completes all necessary records and reports in a timely and accurate fashion.
- Computes and analyzes daily, weekly production metrics.
- Ensures the optimal utilization of space.
- Ensures the efficient and safe operation of material handling equipment.
- Maintains a clean, neat and orderly work area.
- Assists in maintaining warehouse security.
- Conducts operations in a manner that promotes safety & Quality management.
- Attends warehouse planning meetings.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Engineering and miscellaneous item receipt and issuance
- Execution of AMC and service-related bills
- Dispatch documentation including E-way bills, COAs, and invoices
- Physical stock counts and register maintenance for MA-1, MA-2, Poison & Solvent licenses
- Uploading PODs and supporting audit preparations
- Providing rotational coverage during weekly offs and leaves
- Daily participation in toolbox training.
