Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Assistant Professors at St. Thomas College of Engineering and Technology in Kannur, Kerala, India. The Assistant Professors will be responsible for developing and delivering course material, conducting research, publishing papers in academic journals, mentoring and advising students, and contributing to the academic community. The role also involves participating in departmental meetings, curriculum development, and collaborating with faculty members on various projects and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and expertise in the relevant engineering discipline
• Excellent teaching and presentation skills
• Proven research skills and experience in publishing in academic journals
• Strong mentorship and student advisory skills
• Collaborative skills for working with fellow faculty and participating in departmental initiatives
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• P. G. in Engineering (ME. CSE. EC & CE)
• Previous teaching experience in a higher education setting is a plus
