Job Summary:

The CNG Dispenser Maintenance Technician is responsible for the operation, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of CNG dispensers and related equipment. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient functioning of CNG fueling systems by adhering to technical standards and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintenance and Repairs:

  • Perform routine and preventive maintenance of CNG dispensers to ensure proper operation.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues in dispensers.
  • Replace defective parts and components as needed, such as valves, hoses, nozzles.

Inspection and Troubleshooting:

  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve potential equipment malfunctions.
  • Use diagnostic tools and software to troubleshoot issues and restore system functionality.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain detailed records of maintenance and repair activities.
  • Prepare service reports, logs, and inventory updates for tools and spare parts.

Compliance and Safety:

  • Ensure that all maintenance and repair work complies with safety regulations and environmental standards.
  • Perform risk assessments before commencing work and use appropriate safety gear.
  • Conduct leak tests and pressure checks on CNG systems to ensure safety.

Technical Support:

  • Provide technical guidance and training to other staff on dispenser operations and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with equipment manufacturers and suppliers for advanced troubleshooting.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Diploma or technical certification in mechanical, electrical, or instrumentation engineering.
  • Experience: 0 -4 (Freshers Can Also Apply)
  • No. Of Opening: 4

  • Skills:

  • Strong understanding of CNG dispenser components and functioning.

  • Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, multimeters, and pressure gauges.
  • Familiarity with CNG system standards and regulations.

  • Ability to work independently or in a team setting.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to safety practices.

Work Conditions:
