RESPONSIBILITY

Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, split units, chillers, and ventilation systems in the hotel.
Carry out preventive maintenance as per schedules to ensure smooth functioning of all air-conditioning systems.
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults in AC equipment.
Monitor daily operations of central plant, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, and refrigeration systems.
Maintain proper records of maintenance activities, breakdowns, and spare parts usage.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and energy efficiency practices.
