Job Description: SEO Specialist

Industry: IT Consulting & Services

Word Mode: On-site | 10 AM to 7 PM | Monday to Friday

Designation: Senior SEO Specialist /Strategist

Position: Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to drive organic growth for our Microsoft Business Applications services, including Dynamics 365, ERP/CRM Solutions, Power Platform, Azure, Cloud Transformation, and Managed Services.

The ideal candidate must have prior experience in B2B technology, enterprise IT, or Microsoft partner ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

On-Page SEO

1) Keyword research for ERP/CRM, cloud, and Dynamics 365 service lines.

2) Optimise landing pages, service pages, blogs, industry vertical pages, and case studies.

3) Improve metadata, URL structures, content relevancy, and internal linking.

4) Create SEO briefs and collaborate with content writers.

Off-Page SEO

1) Execute white-hat link-building and outreach.

2) Earn contextual backlinks from tech and industry publications.

3) Manage backlink profile and disavow toxic links.

Technical SEO

1) Perform regular technical audits (Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, GSC).

2) Fix indexing issues, Core Web Vitals, schema, sitemaps, , page speed.

3) Work with developers to implement technical SEO improvements.

4) Ensure crawl efficiency for multi-page IT service websites.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

1) Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversions, CTR, impressions.

2) Build reports using GA4, GSC, and Looker Studio.

3) Conduct competitive analysis (Microsoft partners / IT consulting firms).

4) Recommend improvements based on performance insights.

Content Strategy & Growth

1) Build SEO roadmap for APAC and EMEA geographies.

2) Identify new-ranking opportunities across Dynamics 365, Cloud, and IT services.

3) Suggest architecture and UX improvements based on data.

4) Stay updated with latest Google algorithm changes.

Candidate Profile

Mandatory Skills:

1) Strong in On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO.

2) Experience in B2B technology, SaaS, IT consulting, or Microsoft ecosystem.

3) Hands-on with Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, GSC, GA4, Looker Studio.

4) Understanding of HTML, CSS and WordPress/CMS.

5) Ability to optimize long-form technical and enterprise solution content.

6) Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

1) Improvement in keyword rankings for targeted service lines.

2) Month-over-month organic traffic growth.

3) Increase in organic leads and conversions.

4) Better website health score (technical SEO).

5) Quality & number of relevant backlinks.

6) Improved engagement metrics (CTR, time on page).

Qualifications:

1) Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).

2) 5+ years of proven SEO experience with measurable success.
