Digital Marketing Manager
Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager with over 3 years of experience in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies. Experience in the real estate sector is a significant advantage. The ideal candidate will lead digital campaigns to drive lead generation, improve online presence, and achieve business growth goals while working collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Marketing Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals, specifically for the real estate market.
- Plan and execute campaigns across multiple digital channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Lead Generation and Conversion Optimization:
- Design and manage lead generation campaigns to attract high-quality prospects for real estate properties.
- Analyze and optimize the sales funnel to improve conversion rates.
- Social Media and Content Management:
- Oversee and manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) to increase engagement and brand awareness.
- Collaborate with the content team to create and distribute high-quality content tailored to the real estate audience.
- SEO and SEM Management:
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
- Manage Google Ads and other paid advertising campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Performance Tracking and Analytics:
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and CRM systems.
- Generate detailed reports on key metrics such as website traffic, lead quality, ROI, and campaign effectiveness.
- Team Leadership and Collaboration:
- Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, designers, and content creators.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Real Estate Marketing Expertise (Preferred):
- Utilize knowledge of the real estate market to tailor campaigns for property sales, rentals, and project promotions.
- Work with property portals like MagicBricks, 99acres, and to optimize listings and attract potential buyers.
- Budget Management:
- Plan and manage the digital marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI.
- Allocate resources across campaigns and monitor spend efficiency.
- Innovation and Market Research:
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years in digital marketing, with experience in real estate as a significant advantage.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or digital marketing certifications (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, SEMrush) is a plus.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other advertising platforms.
- Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, content marketing, and email marketing tools.
- Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and CRM platforms.
- Creative and Analytical Skills:
- Ability to develop engaging campaigns and analyze their performance.
- Strong eye for design and content quality.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach.
