Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose & repair lithium-ion battery packs and BMS
  • Test, balance & maintain battery performance
  • Coordinate with R&D and production teams

Requirements

  • ITI / Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics
  • 1–3 years experience in lithium battery or EV servicing
  • Strong knowledge of BMS, cell balancing & testing tools
