As a Sales Associate, you'll be the face of Lenskart, helping customers choose the right eyewear, delivering exceptional service, and driving sales growth. Whether you're an experienced professional or a fresh graduate, this is your chance to make an impact and grow in the retail and fashion industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting eyewear that suits their style and needs

• Provide personalized and excellent customer service

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to store success

• Maintain a clean and attractive store environment

What we're looking for:

• Passion for customer service and sales

• Strong communication skills in Marathi and/or Hindi

• Team player with a positive attitude

• Prior retail experience is a plus but not mandatory
