About The Role
Neuraleap Hire is looking for a Social Media Executive to join our growing team
If you're passionate about creating engaging digital content, managing communities, and staying ahead of social media trends — this role is for you. You'll be responsible for building our online presence through creative storytelling and consistent engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage content calendars for social media platforms
  • Create and post reels, short videos, and creative graphics using tools like Canva or Figma
  • Write captivating captions, short copies, and engaging post content
  • Manage brand pages on LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms
  • Interact with followers, respond to comments/DMs, and build community engagement
  • Stay updated with social media trends and incorporate them into content strategy
  • Track post-performance and share insights for improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferably in Marketing, Media, or related field)
  • 1–2 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing
  • Strong understanding of major platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Canva, Figma, or basic video editing tools
  • Creative thinker with excellent communication skills and attention to detail
