This is a remote contract role for a VAPT (Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing) Intern at Velonetics. The VAPT Intern will be responsible for conducting vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and implementing security measures to protect our clients' digital assets

Qualifications

  • Experience in Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices
  • Familiarity with security tools such as Kali Linux, Metasploit, and Wireshark
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and report writing skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Relevant cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CEH, eJPT) are a plus
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
