The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning & Execution
    : Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines. Develop detailed project plans and manage execution to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership
    : Lead cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, marketing, and operations, ensuring collaboration and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Risk & Issue Management
    : Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies. Resolve project roadblocks quickly to keep the project on track.
  • Budget & Resource Management
    : Manage project budgets, resources, and schedules, ensuring efficient allocation and use of resources.
  • Stakeholder Communication
    : Regularly update stakeholders on project status, key milestones, and any issues. Provide transparency into progress and timelines.
  • Quality Assurance
    : Ensure that project deliverables meet company standards and align with product goals.
  • Agile Methodology
    : Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies and manage sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospective meetings.

Qualifications

  • Education
    : Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Experience
    : 8-10 years of project management experience, ideally in a product-based or tech company.
  • Technical Skills
    : Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies, as well as project management tools like Jira, Trello, or MS Project.
  • Certifications
    : PMP, Scrum Master, or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
  • Leadership Skills
    : Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Problem-Solving
    : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage project challenges and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Communication
    : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders and team members.
