Role Description

This is a full-time Chartered Accountant role based in Gurugram with a flexible hybrid model, allowing some work-from-home days. The responsibilities include managing financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, overseeing audits, preparing tax returns, analyzing financial data, and delivering accurate financial reports. The role also involves providing strategic financial advice to support business growth and decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Tax Compliance
  • Proficiency in Financial Analysis, Budgeting, and Forecasting
  • Skilled in Audit Processes and Risk Management
  • Knowledge of Accounting Software and Tools (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP)
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective communication and team collaboration skills
  • Chartered Accountant certification is mandatory
  • Familiarity with financial regulations and laws in India
  • Experience in handling financial operations for small to medium-sized businesses
