Job Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven Sr. Sales & Marketing Executive with strong experience in solar sales and team management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing key client relationships, and driving revenue growth through solar service offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets for solar service & products.
- Manage and expand a network of channel partners and direct clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and customer segments.
- Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations and proposals.
- Assist a team leader of sales; and learn under his mentorship.
- Coordinate with the technical team to ensure client requirements are met.
- Keep up to date with market trends, government schemes, and competitors.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate sales data and reports.
Requirements:
- Graduate in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing and sales, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry.
- Deep understanding of solar PV systems, inverters, batteries, and government policies.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
