You will be.

• Drive both
  foundational analytics and strategic initiatives
  , acting as a
  hands-on insights partner
  to business, product, and tech teams.
• Take ownership of
  complex problem-solving
  using data, and implement frameworks that turn insights into
  impactful, measurable business outcomes
  .
• Lead adoption of
  AI-powered tools, LLMs, and intelligent agents
  to increase speed-to-insight and simplify complex workflows.
• Develop
  scalable segmentation strategies
  using clustering, embeddings, and behavioral signals to enable personalization and targeted interventions.
• Coach peers and junior team members while shaping the
  analytics roadmap and data strategy
  for key business units.

Responsibilities will include;

• Partner with stakeholders to define key problems, frame hypotheses, and execute analytical approaches that lead to
  business growth, monetization, and engagement uplift
• Lead
  end-to-end experimentation
  , including A/B testing, causal inference, significance measurement, and post-implementation validation
• Build and productionize
  segmentation models (e.g., k-means, DBSCAN, embedding-based clustering)
  to create dynamic personas and cohort strategies
• Incorporate
  AI tools and LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Google PaLM, Gemini, Claude)
  into everyday analysis to boost productivity and automate repetitive insight generation tasks
• Develop and share
  reusable prompt libraries, AI agents, or workflows
  for root cause analysis, reporting, summarization, and metric explainability
• Champion the use of
  data storytelling and dashboarding
  (Looker, Power BI, Tableau) to deliver high-quality insights across the org
• Upskill in and drive adoption of advanced
  analytics and AI capabilities
  within the team (e.g., embeddings, vector search, BQ ML models)

To succeed in the role;

Qualifications

B.Tech / M.Tech /Masters/ PhD in Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering or related areas.

4-7 years of progressive business experience involving data analysis, COE roles and business strategy.

Skills, experiences & behaviors

SQL (Advanced)
– Strong ability to query, analyze, and optimize large datasets

Google BigQuery + BQML
– Experience in data transformation, modeling, and applying ML to support analytics

Python
– Used for data analysis, automation, and scripting to drive business insights

Tableau / Power BI / Looker
– Skilled in building dashboards and enabling self-serve analytics

LLMs and AI Agents
– Practical experience using Large Language Models and AI agents to automate workflows, enhance insight generation, and improve data interpretation

Data Segmentation
– Familiarity with clustering and grouping techniques for effective customer cohorting

Experimentation
– Experience with A/B testing and analyzing business impact of initiatives

Process Automation & Gap Analysis
– Strong focus on identifying business/data gaps, driving new initiatives, and supporting revenue growth through data-driven automation

Financial Institution or Payments experience a plus. Lending/risk business experience will be preferred.
