Role Overview

As Principal, you will be the
academic and operational leader
of BodhiTree Little Maestros, ensuring excellence in teaching, student experience, parent engagement, and brand positioning. You will lead a team of educators, create an inspiring learning environment, and uphold the school's vision of providing premium, research-backed early years education.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the academic direction, curriculum delivery, and daily operations of the preschool.
  • Recruit, mentor, and train teachers to deliver the BodhiTree pedagogy with consistency and passion.
  • Maintain the highest standards of safety, wellness, and child development practices.
  • Build strong relationships with parents through open communication, engagement programs, and feedback channels.
  • Drive enrollment growth by representing the school at community events, tours, and parent orientations.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team on strategy, marketing, and brand-building initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Early Childhood Education or related field.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in preschool leadership or senior academic roles.
  • Strong expertise in early childhood pedagogy and curriculum development.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to build trust with children, staff, and parents.
  • Knowledge of a foreign language
    (e.g., French, Spanish) will be an added advantage.
