Experience Required: 4yrs+

Education Qualification: B.E. / M.E. – Mechanical Engineering

Salary Range: (Based on Interview & Experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Client PO & WO Validation: Verify and approve Purchase Orders (PO) and Work Orders (WO) against submitted offers, ensuring all terms and conditions are met.
• Tender Drawing Validation: Analyze drawings area-wise and scope-wise, considering onsite conditions.
• Tender BOQ Validation: Validate Bill of Quantities (BOQ) with respect to make, specifications, size, quantity, and rates.
• Gap Analysis: Conduct comparative analysis between tender drawings and BOQ to identify discrepancies.
• Project Planning:
• Prepare Gantt Charts / Bar Charts for project scheduling.
• Plan manpower, tools, tackles, machinery, and equipment requirements.
• Prepare billable material, fittings, and consumable plans.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for timely project execution and material availability.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of tender documentation, project planning, and mechanical systems.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, AutoCAD, or similar tools.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
