Role Overview

We are seeking experienced
Senior Data Engineers
with strong expertise in
Microsoft BI Stack (SSIS, SSAS, SSRS)
,
data warehousing
, and
predictive analytics
. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines and warehouse solutions to enable business intelligence and advanced analytics initiatives across the organization.

This role demands hands-on experience with
ETL processes
,
data modeling
,
data integration
, and
data visualization tools
, along with an analytical mindset to drive actionable insights from complex data sets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain
    data warehouses, ETL processes, and BI solutions
    using Microsoft SQL Server, SSIS, and related tools.
  • Develop
    data models
    ,
    schemas
    , and
    cubes
    to support enterprise reporting and predictive analytics.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable data engineering solutions.
  • Optimize data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes for performance and reliability.
  • Support
    data quality
    ,
    governance
    , and
    security
    best practices.
  • Integrate diverse data sources (structured and unstructured) into unified data platforms.
  • Collaborate with
    Data Scientists and Analysts
    to enable advanced analytics and machine learning initiatives.
  • Maintain documentation and ensure alignment with enterprise data architecture standards.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree
    in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years
    of experience in
    Data Engineering / BI / Data Warehousing
    .
  • Proven hands-on expertise with the
    Microsoft BI Stack
    :
  • SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
  • SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS)
  • SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
  • Strong SQL and database performance tuning skills.
  • Experience in
    data modeling
    ,
    ETL pipelines
    , and
    data warehouse architecture
    .
  • Exposure to
    predictive analytics
    ,
    data visualization
    , or
    AI/ML
    projects is a plus.
  • Familiarity with
    cloud-based data platforms
    (Azure, AWS, or GCP) preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Arabic fluency is mandatory
    ; English proficiency required for documentation and collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft certifications in
    Data Engineering
    or
    Business Intelligence
    (e.g., DP-203).
  • Experience in
    Power BI

    Azure Data Factory
