Minimum of 5 years of experience in Azure Entra ID and Azure AD

  • Ensure availability of Platforms and environments and perform routine health check activities (Microsoft Entra Connect Servers Sync, Active Directory Domain Services- Domain)
  • Perform periodic System logs/events/tasks monitoring that cannot be handled by automatic monitoring solutions.
  • Support jobs/scripts and Perform Patch updates and hot fixes in accordance with enterprise Policies and standards
  • Provision groups and users by managing the creation and maintenance of user accounts and groups.( Workday to on-Prem Active Directory Provisioning Sync)
  • Integrate applications with SSO on Entra ID to ensure seamless integration using Single Sign-On (SSO).
  • Track authentication methods and expiration of secrets/SSO certificates by monitoring and managing them.
  • Review and report on risky login access by analyzing login activities to identify and report on potentially risky access attempts.
  • Provide Support for any issues reported with IDP by providing assistance and troubleshooting.
  • Support cost optimization initiatives by contributing to efforts aimed at optimizing costs related to identity and access management.
  • Propose solutions to meet requirements by developing and recommending solutions that align with organizational needs.
  • Develop and document run books by creating and maintaining detailed operational procedures.
  • Track progress of tasks on service requests and JIRA by monitoring and updating their status.
  • Provide weekly and monthly reports on tasks completed and in progress.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and support teams to prioritize, track, and complete tasks efficiently.
  • Support Audit and User review activities.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
