Role & responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities(new markets, new products, new business with existing clients, acquisitions etc.) by carrying out market studies etc.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
  • Maintain strong and cordial relationship with potential clients.
  • Monitor and control expenses in relation to revenue generation on a monthly basis
  • Think critically when planning to assure project success.
  • Work closely with operations to ensure service commitments to clients are met.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes related to revenue generation.
  • Achieve set revenue and volume targets for the financial year.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree in, Sales & Marketing or logistics or equivalent professional qualification.
  • 4-7 yrs of experience in 3PL sales, preferably in Automobile, transport industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong selling, negotiating, and People skills.
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
  • Focused and goal-oriented.
  • Male Candidate Preferred.
