We are looking for a skilled professional with 20+ years of experience to lead our AMS Delivery team in Chennai and Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT MS SLA Management, PMP, Agile Methodologies, Six Sigma, and CMMI Level 5.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage and deliver high-quality services to clients using various delivery management techniques.
  • Implement and manage IT MS SLA agreements to ensure timely project completion.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful service delivery.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure seamless service provision.
  • Collaborate with the service delivery team to improve processes and procedures.

Job Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of AMS delivery management, IT MS SLA management, and implementation.
  • Experience with PMP, Agile methodologies, Six Sigma, and CMMI Level 5.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.), Master's degree in Computer Applications (MCA), or equivalent is required; please avoid BCA, BSC, or B.Com profiles.
  • Notice period: 0-30 days.
