We are looking for a highly experienced SAP CO (Controlling) Consultant with 12+ years of expertise to lead and support controlling and financial operations. The role requires deep functional knowledge, leadership capabilities, and proven experience in managing complex SAP CO implementations.

Responsibilities :


- Lead SAP CO design, configuration, and implementation across multiple submodules (Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, and Profitability Analysis).

- Drive end-to-end solution delivery, from requirement gathering and blueprinting to testing, deployment, and support.

- Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, providing strategic insights for optimizing controlling and reporting processes.

- Ensure seamless integration with SAP FI, MM, SD, and PP modules.

- Lead workshops, guide junior consultants, and provide knowledge transfer.

- Support financial closing cycles and deliver process improvements aligned with best practices.

Requirements :


- 12+ years of hands-on experience in SAP CO, with exposure to global implementation and support projects.

- Strong expertise in controlling processes, cost optimization, and financial planning.

- Proven experience in solution architecture, stakeholder management, and team leadership.

- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
