This request is for Third Party Risk Assessment and below are the job functionalities

1.Process due diligence activities for new vendor onboarding and ongoing monitoring of existing Third Parties

2.Monitor vendor relationships/performance to ensure risk review activities are completed in a timely manner and according to Coinbase's Third Party Risk Management Policy

3.Provide support to Third Parties completing Due Diligence Questionnaires by clarifying intent behind questions and expected supporting evidence.

4.Partner with business stakeholders, third party vendors and risk teams (security, compliance, etc.) to ensure risk reviews are executed in a timely manner.

5.Partner with Strategic Sourcing to properly document and complete vendor onboarding, offboarding and terminations

6.Maintain and update TPRM procedures, training, change management and communication materials as needed.

7.Assist the team with maintaining the TPRM framework, tool and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory expectations and requirements

8.Provide support with monthly and quarterly program reporting and metrics.

9.Execute on assigned ad-hoc projects related to vendor risk program and technology configuration improvements

10.He / she should be good in communications and well versed with excel
