Junior Architect

Job Responsibilities:

- *Coordination with Master Architect:*

- Collaborate closely with the master architect to ensure design integrity and project vision are maintained.

- Communicate and implement architectural plans and specifications across all project phases.

- *Project Management:*

- Oversee the architectural aspects of multiple sites (4 to 5) simultaneously.

- Ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.

- *Technical Knowledge and Finishes:*

- Possess in-depth knowledge of architectural finishes, materials, and construction techniques.

- Review and approve all architectural finishes and materials to ensure they meet luxury standards.

- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in architectural finishes.

- *Contractor Coordination:*

- Maintain strong relationships with reputable contractors specializing in high-quality finishes.

- Coordinate and supervise contractors to ensure timely and quality execution of work.

- Resolve any on-site issues related to architectural work swiftly and effectively.

- *Design and Drawings:*

- Check and validate architectural drawings for accuracy and compliance with project requirements.

- Ensure that all design changes and updates are correctly incorporated into the project plans.

- Provide guidance and support to junior architects and drafters as needed.

- *Luxury Residential and Hospitality Projects:*

- Bring experience from working on luxury residential or hotel projects.

- Ensure that all architectural work aligns with the high standards expected in luxury developments.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture.

- Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in architecture, with significant exposure to luxury residential or hotel projects.

- Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).

- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and finishes.

- Excellent project management and site coordination skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Established network with contractors and suppliers in the industry.
