Human Resources Associate

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Associate to join our team at The Oberoi Rajgarh Palace. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

• Manage and coordinate recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
• Develop and implement effective employee engagement strategies to boost morale and productivity.
• Provide exceptional customer service to employees, addressing their concerns and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee data, including performance metrics and training programs.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and alignment with organizational goals.
• Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, making recommendations for process enhancements.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in human resources or a related field, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software applications, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• A graduate degree is required; relevant certifications or training programs are an asset.
