Reports To: Collection Manager/Team Leader

Job Summary:

The Field Collection Executive is responsible for visiting customers in person to follow up on pending dues or loan repayments. This role involves direct interaction with customers, ensuring timely recovery of outstanding amounts while maintaining professional behavior and company reputation.

Language preference:

Hindi & English mandatory and Any local language.

Key Responsibilities

Visit customers at their home or business addresses for payment collection

Follow daily collection targets and schedules provided by the team leader

Explain payment details, dues, penalties, and consequences of non-payment to customers.

Maintain accurate records of collections, visits, and customer commitments.

Report daily updates and escalate issues or non-cooperative cases to the manager.

Handle difficult customers politely and professionally without conflict.

Ensure company assets and documents are safety handled.

Follow all field safety and compliance protocols.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum Qualification: SSLC/PUC/Any Degree

Previous experience in field collection or recovery preferred.

Good communication and negotiation skills

Ability to ride two-wheeler and knowledge of local routes

Android smartphone knowledge (for app updates & reports)

Strong time management and self-discipline

Additional Requirements:

Two-wheeler with valid driving license (mandatory)

Willing to work in the field and travel daily

Basic knowledge of digital payments and mobile apps
