Job Title: Vendor Onboarding (Field Sales)

Shift Timings: 10am-6pm

· Field Roles (Ypaycard Service Agent):

As a Ypaycard Service Agent, you can on-board shops for ypay card by placing QR codes, upselling products like Soundbox, and earning commission, as described on the ypaycard website.

Key Responsibilities

1. Merchant On-boarding: Signing up new shops and businesses to use ypaycard services by placing ypaycard QR codes and SoundBoxes.

Manage the entire process of bringing new vendors (Shops / businesses)on board, including paperwork, training, and system setup.Documentation process of vendors onboarding.·

1. Product Deployment & Sales: Actively selling and deploying ypaycard payment solutions, including card machines, point-of-sale software, and other financial products.· 3. Lead Generation: Planning and executing visits to identify potential customers and generate sales leads.·

2. Customer Satisfaction: Ensuring existing clients are satisfied, which helps drive sales and retention.

3. Discount offerings and Transactions: Ensure vendors provides maximum discounts of our users. Focus on generating transactions (Minimum 5 Transactions) by vendors.·

4. Market Feedback: Gathering information and insights from the market to help improve ypaycard existing offerings.

5. After-Sale Services: Assist vendors with any issues or questions after they start using our services. Quickly resolve any problems or complaints from vendors.
