Job Summary Ideal candidate should be capable of learning with minimal supervision, should have time management skills and be well organized.

As a Technical Sales Engineer (Trainee Engineer) you will use your technical knowledge along with communication skills to provide advice and support on a range of products. Clients you will be interacting with will be technical staff from non-retail organizations across all industries in Goa.

You must be able to communicate technical issues to customers, which means you need to be able to explain the issues and fixes in a way that is equally understood by the tech-challenged user. You also need to be good listeners, carefully listening to the user's concern, and solving his or her problem. After training period of 3 months candidate is expected to calculate client quotations, analyze costs and sales, and keep customer records. Candidate must be apt at scrolling the internet and downloading pdf's .

Roles and Responsibilités:

· Review & understand the client's technical documents.

· To prepare error free techno-commercial offers & technical data sheets as per customer's requirement.

· Maintain records and provide technical support & follow-up for proposals.

Technically clearing & processing the order

· Coordinating with existing clients, dealers, and vendors for sales, queries, and other technical requirements.

· Assist team during the order finalization. Maintain records of received enquiries & offers submitted

Training period 1 year

Compensation package will consist of Rs 18000/- per month and lump sum incentive of Rs 25000/- at the end of the year. Total 2,40,000/- per year. On completion of successful training, candidate will be absorbed as a Technical Support Engineer and the salaries will be revised accordingly and at par with the industry.
