Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to design and produce high-quality visual content for marketing, branding, and client communication. The ideal candidate will have experience creating professional designs that align with corporate identity and can effectively communicate complex financial information in a clear, engaging manner.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand & Marketing Collateral Design

• Develop visually appealing marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, flyers, newsletters, and reports.
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual assets.
• Design digital and print content for campaigns, events, and client communications.

2. Digital & Social Media Content

• Create engaging graphics, infographics, and visuals for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design posts, banners, ads, and animations.
• Support content creation for the company website, blog, and email campaigns.

3. Corporate Communication Design

• Design professional templates for proposals, financial reports, and client deliverables.
• Ensure designs meet the tone and standards suitable for a financial services firm.

4. Collaboration & Strategy

• Work closely with the marketing, HR, and business development teams to conceptualize creative campaigns.
• Translate complex ideas and data into clear and visually compelling formats.
• Provide creative input in branding initiatives and corporate identity development.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a corporate or professional services environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
• Knowledge of design principles, typography, and layout best practices.
• Familiarity with digital marketing assets and web/social design standards.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience creating visuals for accounting, finance, or consulting firms.
• Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics (a plus).
• Understanding of brand strategy and corporate design language.

Pay: ₹30, ₹48,210.29 per month
