Roles and Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor Rotary Kiln, ensuring process parameters are within specified limits.
• Manage operations of hot zone equipment such as Travelling Grate (TG), Cooler, Elevators, and Blowers.
• Perform routine checks and assist in refractory maintenance and inspection.
• Ensure efficient operation of coal and liquid burners as per process requirements.
• Strictly follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs) during all operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Educational Qualification:
  
  Diploma Mechanical
  
  OR
  
  ITI (Fitter)
• Experience:
  
  Minimum 5 to 6 years of hands-on experience in Pellet Plant Hot Zone Operations, including refractory handling and burner operations.

Any Other Skill / Attribute:

• Strong understanding of pellet plant hot zone processes, equipment functioning, and maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of refractory materials, installation, and upkeep.
• Good analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot operational issues.
• High level of adaptability and flexibility to work in continuous process operations.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team
