Key Responsibilities:

As a Financial Controller, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial operations and ensuring the integrity of financial reporting.

Your primary duties will include leading the preparation and analysis of financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.

Guide the internal and external team on statutory compliances.

Oversee timely filing of all statutory returns, regulatory submissions, and disclosures.

You will develop and manage financial forecasting models to support strategic decision-making and business planning.

Conducting variance analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for cost optimization will be essential.

You will implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial accuracy.

Overseeing budgeting processes and collaborating with department heads to align financial goals with organizational objectives will be part of your responsibilities.

Additionally, you will provide strategic financial planning and analysis to support executive management in achieving business objectives.

Required Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess 12-15 years of relevant experience in financial management, with a strong emphasis on Financial Reporting, Forecasting, Variance Analysis, Internal Controls, Budgeting, Financial Planning & Analysis, Financial Analysis, and Financial Modelling.

These primary skills are essential requirements for the position. A proven track record of success in these areas is crucial.

Additionally, a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required, with professional certifications such as CA is a must have.
