Our client is a leading corporate interior design company known for delivering innovative workspace solutions. With a creative and collaborative work culture, they are looking to onboard an HR Generalist who can support their growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for design, project management, and support roles
• Coordinate onboarding and induction processes
• Support performance management, employee engagement, and retention initiatives
• Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws
• Assist with payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management
• Handle day-to-day HR operations and employee queries
• Contribute to building a positive and productive workplace culture

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 2–5 years of HR experience, preferably in a creative or project-based environment
• Strong understanding of HR operations, labor laws, and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, organized, and able to work independently
