About the Role

At MyProlist India Online Services Pvt. Ltd., we're growing fast — and we're looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our Finance Department. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in accounting and statutory compliances and be ready to take ownership of day-to-day financial operations.

Responsibilities

● Manage daily accounting operations including journal entries, invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations.

● Handle GST, TDS, and Professional Tax filings and ensure timely compliance.

● Prepare and maintain books of accounts in compliance with statutory requirements.

● Assist in payroll processing and related compliance activities.

● Coordinate with auditors and ensure all financial records are accurate and up to date.

● Maintain vendor and client payment records and ensure smooth financial transactions.

● Support in preparing MIS reports and financial summaries for management review.

Skills & Qualifications

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.

● 1–3 years of experience in accounting and compliance management.

● Strong knowledge of GST, FIRMS, TDS, PF, ESIC, PT, FDI and other statutory compliances.

● Proficiency in accounting software (Tally) and MS Excel.

● Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and time management skills.

● Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
