Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to lead the deployment and operationalization of internal developer platforms, including Backstage. You will be responsible for automating infrastructure, managing CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring scalable, secure, and reliable platform delivery. Responsibilities:
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for platform services.
• Deploy and manage Backstage on Kubernetes or cloud-native environments.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using tools like Terraform or Helm.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues using observability tools.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate services into Backstage.
• Ensure security best practices across infrastructure and deployments. Required Technical skills:
• DevOps experience of 3+ years.
• Strong experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm.
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS).
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Scripting in Bash, Python, or Go.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK). Preferred Skills:
• Experience deploying or managing Backstage.
• Knowledge of service catalogs and developer portals.
• Exposure to OAuth/SAML/SSO integrations.

Work Experience
