Senior Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for client communication and coordination.
• Assist project managers in planning, scheduling, and executing project tasks.
• Ensure smooth project flow by tracking milestones, deliverables, and deadlines.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather updates and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and client records.
• Monitor project risks and escalate concerns when necessary.
• Ensure quality standards are met across all project deliverables.
• Support management with project reviews and status meetings.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree.
• 1–2 years of proven experience in project coordination or client management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong interpersonal and client-handling abilities.
• Ownership, accountability, and a solution-driven approach.
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members and leadership.
