TGT Chemistry

The TGT Chemistry Teacher will be responsible for teaching Chemistry to middle and secondary school students as per CBSE curriculum. The role includes developing students' conceptual understanding, conducting practical experiments, preparing lesson plans, and contributing to the school's academic and co-curricular growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Chemistry lessons in alignment with the CBSE syllabus.
• Foster scientific thinking and curiosity through hands-on experiments and activities.
• Maintain and manage the Chemistry laboratory ensuring safety and proper use of equipment.
• Assess, record, and report on students' progress through regular tests and evaluations.
• Prepare question papers, worksheets, and study materials to support board exam readiness.
• Participate in academic planning, department meetings, and training sessions organized by the school.
• Provide individual attention and academic support to students when required.
• Maintain a positive learning environment that encourages discipline and participation.
• Collaborate with other faculty members to enhance teaching-learning outcomes.
• Actively participate in school events, science exhibitions, and parent–teacher meetings.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry with B.Ed. (mandatory).
• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience
• Knowledge: Strong command over Chemistry concepts and CBSE examination patterns.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Proficiency in digital teaching tools and smart classroom technology.
• Ability to motivate and mentor students for academic excellence.
• Immediate joiners preferred
