Hiring Assistant Manager/ Manager Marketing for a Biotechnology-Enzyme based in Delhi.

Candidates with minimum 5 Years of experience in Marketing in Biotech Industries can apply.

Designation: Assistant Manager/ Manager Marketing

Location: Patparganj, Delhi

CTC: Upto 10 LPA

Preferred Qualifications (Full time):

  • Degree in science (Biotechnology/Lifesciences/Chemical).
  • MBA in Sales and Marketing

Experience Range and Knowledge:

  • 5+ years in Marketing post qualification preferably in (Biotech/Lifesciences/Pharma/FMCG/Food processing industry).

Responsibilities:

  1. Developing and implementing market strategy

a. Market Share Analysis on a half-yearly basis- Industry-wise, Region-wise, Product category wise.

b. Competition SWOT analysis of existing and new players, keeping track of their strategies and growth path.

  1. Digital marketing, Social Media Management, Weekly newsletters, Catalysts Connect magazine etc.

  2. Seminars, Booth management, technical paper presentations etc.

  3. Relationship management with industry Bodies like STAI, SISSTA, ISMA, UPDA etc. and engineering companies.

  4. Brand management and PR in alignment with company vision.

  5. Coordination with Marketing teams of principal companies, managing joint campaigns digital and physical.

  6. Market intelligence- Analysis of current and future Industry trends through various indicators like agriculture output, production data, Govt. policies etc. Keeping track of upcoming capacities and their progress and Event management.

Desired Personality Traits / Soft Skills / Other Skill Sets:

  • Must have excellent Communication & Presentation Skills in written & verbal.
  • Must have hands-on exposure on data compilation, Advanced Excel, PPT & Word and AI tools etc.
  • Should have good command on digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, AdWords etc.
  • Must be good in Relationship management, analytical skills/tools and knowledge of Excel.
