Role Overview
We are hiring qualified
Engineers and Supervisors
(Electrical, Mechanical, Civil) for leading projects in Saudi Arabia. The selected candidates will be responsible for overseeing site operations, ensuring technical compliance, and managing project execution as per client standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor project work related to respective discipline (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil).
• Supervise technicians, site staff, and subcontractors to ensure timely and quality completion of tasks.
• Review project drawings, specifications, and ensure adherence to engineering standards.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project managers on work progress.
• Conduct inspections, testing, and quality checks on materials and installations.
• Monitor safety standards and ensure compliance with Saudi labor and HSE regulations.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and update project documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Civil Engineering.
• Supervisors: Diploma / ITI with relevant field experience.
• Minimum 3–7 years of experience in construction, infrastructure, or oil & gas projects.
• Strong knowledge of project execution, site supervision, and quality control.
• Proficiency in reading drawings, AutoCAD, MS Office, and relevant project tools.
• Good communication in English (Arabic is an advantage).
• Gulf experience preferred (not mandatory).
