Job Description:

We are seeking a
result-driven Holiday Sales Manager (B2C)
with hands-on experience in
Domestic and International Holiday Packages
. The candidate should have strong leadership skills, be target-oriented, and capable of managing a sales team to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate the holiday sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Handle
    Domestic & International holiday packages
    for B2C clients.
  • Generate leads, convert inquiries into confirmed sales, and ensure repeat business.
  • Develop customized holiday itineraries and competitive quotations.
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular sales reports.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the operations and ticketing teams for smooth execution of bookings.

Requirements:

  • 5–7 years of experience
    in B2C holiday sales within the travel industry.
  • Proven track record of
    team management and target achievement
    .
  • Strong knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and travel booking systems.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and sales-driven personality.
