Job Description:

We are looking for a qualified Civil Engineer with strong experience in Billing and Estimation to join our team. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in construction billing practices, quantity take-offs, and bar bending schedule preparation.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate quantity take-offs from drawings and site measurements
  • Prepare and manage billing (client & subcontractor) as per project progress
  • Draft and verify Bar Bending Schedules (BBS)
  • Use AutoCAD to extract and verify measurements from drawings
  • Maintain all documentation related to quantities, measurements, and bill submissions
  • Coordinate with site engineers and project teams for verification and clarifications
  • Ensure timely preparation of running bills and final bills

Key Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD (basic to intermediate)
  • Expertise in quantity estimation and measurement verification
  • Experience in preparing BBS and billing formats
  • Attention to detail and good record-keeping skills

Qualifications:

  • Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
  • Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience
  • Familiarity with DSR and BOQ preparation is a plus
  • Good communication and coordination abilities
