Brief about the Team:

The category team is a center of excellence within Tata 1mg. The team executes cross-functional tasks in order to improve selection, pricing, and service. The scope of work extends across various business sectors, encompassing e-pharma, institutional operations, e-diagnostics, and retail.

What Will you do:

Provide patient care in a variety of settings, including in-home care and vaccination clinics.

Assess patient needs and develop, implement, and regularly update individualised care plans.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accuracy and adherence to medical protocols.

Monitor and document patient symptoms, progress, and vital signs, and promptly report any changes to the attending physician.

Educate patients and families on health maintenance, self-care techniques, and treatment plans to promote informed health decisions.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (e.g., doctors, therapists, social workers) to deliver comprehensive and coordinated care.

What are we looking for:

Experience in home healthcare or community nursing.

Must have conveyance with Driving License.

Active nursing license and certification

Bachelor's degree & Diploma in Nursing

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a registered nurse

Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
