Telesales Advisor

• Position: Presales Consultant – Cross Sales
• Location: Thane west, Chembur, Boriwali
• Compensation: 20- 30k
• Experience: 1–5 Years
• Education: Graduate ,Post Graduate

What You'll Do

• Make outbound calls to qualified leads and pitch home-related products/services
• Share product details, features & pricing via calls, WhatsApp, and email
• Convert leads by generating consent for brand outreach
• Follow up with leads who have active requirements
• Maintain complete conversation records in CRM
• Coordinate with multiple brand PoCs for timely customer service
• Deliver high-quality support and quick query handling

What We're Looking For

• Excellent communication (English/Hindi/local language)
• Strong interpersonal & persuasive conversation skills
• Basic CRM + Excel knowledge
• Target-driven, proactive & ownership mindset
• Real estate pre-sales/telesales experience is a plus
• A team player with high ambition & self-motivation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹32,000.00 per month
