About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Digital Marketing Specialist with a proven track record in running ad campaigns that drive real results. The ideal candidate must be capable of handling end-to-end digital marketing strategies with a strong foundation in e-commerce sales, Google Ads, and SEO (Organic Keywords), Organic Content Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategize, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ad Campaigns for lead generation and product sales.
  • Create high-performing ad creatives using Canva and other tools.
  • Create and Edit Reels & short-form videos using Camera tailored for Instagram/Facebook marketing for Clients.
  • Write impactful and persuasive ad copy for banners, videos, and social media posts.
  • Track, analyze, and improve campaign performance metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPC, etc.).
  • Perform SEO keyword research and optimize content for organic reach.
  • Develop creative marketing content across platforms for brand awareness and conversions.
  • Collaborate with designers, video editors, and web teams as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in digital marketing (ads, SEO, e-commerce).
  • Proficiency in running successful ad campaigns across Google and Meta.
  • Strong skills in create and edit videos (especially reels) and graphic designing using Canva.
  • Proven experience in e-commerce sales strategy and conversion optimization.
  • Deep understanding of SEO and keyword ranking techniques.
  • Excellent copywriting skills for ads and creatives.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Portfolio of past reels/videos and ad designs is mandatory.
