Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management

· Develop and implement creative social media strategies for each segment (Silver, Fashion, Gym, Salon, Carpets).

· Plan and manage monthly content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.

· Create and oversee engaging content (reels, posts, videos, stories) to boost brand visibility and engagement.

· Develop branding, storytelling, and positioning tailored for the luxury carpet segment.

· Build content (visual + written) highlighting craftsmanship, authenticity, and design.

· Set up and manage dedicated social media pages for Carpets.

· Drive awareness and inquiries through paid & organic campaigns.

· Track trends, competitor activities, and audience insights to optimize performance.

· Build and manage influencer collaborations and partnerships.

Performance Marketing (Meta Ads)

· Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns using Meta Ads Manager to drive brand awareness, leads, and sales.

· Manage ad budgets, audience targeting, and A/B testing for effective results.

· Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports.

Website & Digital Presence

· Oversee website updates, ensuring it reflects the latest campaigns, products, and offers.

· Coordinate with designers and developers to ensure smooth website functionality, SEO optimization, and user-friendly navigation.

· Build and integrate the Carpet segment's presence into the website.

· Maintain consistent brand voice, visuals, and storytelling across the website.

· Monitor analytics (Google Analytics, etc.) to track performance and customer behavior.

Brand & Customer Engagement

· Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.

· Engage with customers online, responding to queries, feedback, and reviews.

· Execute digital campaigns that enhance customer experience and loyalty.

Requirements

· Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

· 3–6 years of experience in social media management and website handling (luxury/lifestyle/fashion industry preferred).

· Strong command over Meta Ads Manager (mandatory).

· Working knowledge of website CMS (WordPress/Shopify or similar).

· Understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital marketing fundamentals.

· Excellent communication, creative thinking, and visual storytelling skills.

· Creative eye for luxury branding, storytelling, and design presentation.

· Ability to multitask and manage multiple brand verticals simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60, ₹80,000.00 per month
