Position - Senior Chef de Partie Indian & Tandoor

Location- Vingurla, Sindhudurg, Maharashtra

Position Overview:

Kish Hospitality Consultant is currently hiring for Senior Chef De Partie - Indian & Tandoor.

for a boutique resort located in Sindhudurg, Maharashtra. The Senior CDP will be responsible for the preparation, cooking, and presentation of Indian, Tandoor & continental dishes, ensuring high-quality standards and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook continental dishes according to the menu specifications and recipes.

  • Take charge of a particular section within the kitchen, overseeing the preparation and delivery of food items.

  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef and other team members to develop new menu items and specials.

  • Ensure the highest levels of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained in the kitchen area.

  • Train and supervise junior chefs and kitchen staff to maintain a smooth operation.

  • Monitor stock levels and assist in ordering supplies to maintain an adequate inventory.

  • Follow and implement proper food safety procedures and practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Continental and India Chef de Partie or similar role.

  • In-depth knowledge of continental cuisine and cooking techniques.

  • Must have excellent culinary skills, including food presentation and garnishing.

  • Strong leadership abilities and the ability to work well in a team.

  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.

  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
