Brand Solutions Lead

What You'll Do

  • Lead day-to-day brand communication across digital, social, creative and on-ground streams.
  • Understand client briefs deeply and convert them into smart, actionable strategies.
  • Plan monthly digital marketing and content calendars with your team with clear brand objectives.
  • Steer campaign planning, execution, optimization, and performance evaluation.
  • Ensure top-tier creative quality and uphold brand aesthetics across all assets.
  • Collaborate with internal design, creative, production, and performance teams.
  • Prepare and present monthly/quarterly brand reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Manage and track budgets (monthly, quarterly, annual) as per brand plans.
  • Identify opportunities for integrated services (creative, digital, events, design) to grow accounts.
  • Act as the brand custodian for integrated accounts, ensuring alignment across all touchpoints.
  • Strengthen relationships with clients through proactive communication and solution-driven thinking.

What We're Looking For

  • 3 to 4 years of experience in digital marketing, brand management, integrated solutions or client servicing (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms, content strategy, and brand communication.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute flawlessly under deadlines.
  • A sharp aesthetic sense and passion for creative storytelling.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
