This is regarding a Job Opportunity for a leading Financial Institution

Designation- Manager/Deputy Manager- Online Surveillance

Experience- 4-15 Years

Location- Mumbai (only)

Role & responsibilities:

  • Track and supervise trends in Equity, F&O, Currency, SLBM, IRF, and Commodities to initiate timely surveillance actions.
  • Review alerts for market manipulation, spoofing, front running, insider trading, etc., and validate their authenticity.
  • Analyze trading alerts and exception reports to identify suspicious behavior requiring deeper investigation.
  • Process alerts, conduct initial reviews, and escalate suspicious transactions for further action.
  • Investigate potential market irregularities and initiate appropriate escalations.
  • Collaborate with regulators to draft/review policies, SOPs, and user manuals for surveillance activities.
  • Operate and conclude surveillance alerts using internal systems effectively.
  • Apply knowledge of key regulations including SAST, PIT, PFUTP, PMLA, AML, FIU, LODR, ICDR applicable to MIIs.
