Project Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our project management and client engagement processes. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a strong ability to manage project-related interactions effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a primary point of contact for project-related communication with clients.
Gather and document client requirements accurately for internal project teams.
Coordinate and schedule project meetings, including internal reviews and client discussions.
Take detailed meeting notes and ensure timely follow-ups on action items.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and adherence to timelines.
Maintain project documentation and track progress against deliverables.
Escalate issues or delays appropriately and contribute to risk mitigation planning.
Key Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.
Previous experience in a project coordination or client-facing role is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹9, ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
